You're Grounded!
Earthing, also known as grounding, is the process of directly connecting with the Earth and using its natural electric charges to stabilize the body and mind. This technique restores the connection between the body and the electrical currents of the earth.
Bodily contact with the Earth's natural electric charge stabilizes the physiology at the deepest levels, reduces inflammation, pain, and stress, improves blood flow, energy, and sleep, and generates greater well-being.
One method of grounding yourself is to walk barefoot on the ground. Of course, that is too simple for some people so elaborate “earthing systems” have been developed to separate people from their money.
The human body is electric. Virtually everything that occurs in the human body is enabled and controlled by electrical signals.
The human body, at rest, can produce an average of around 100 watts of power. This is enough electricity to power up a light bulb. Some humans have the ability to output over 2,000 watts of power, for instance if sprinting. Think about that while you ponder The Matrix, Coppertop.
Nearly every cell in the human body has the ability to generate electricity. Negativity is the natural resting state of cells. It’s related to a slight imbalance between the charged atoms located inside and outside the cells.
Throughout history humans walked, sat and slept on the ground, cultivated the land with bare hands and spent a lot of their time naturally grounded. However, today, we have become increasingly disconnected from nature by our modern lifestyle.
Plastics, synthetic fabrics, asphalt, tar, carpets, shoes, vinyl all block our natural connection to the earth.
We are constantly bombarded by electrical fields from many sources all around us. We are swimming in a sea of electrical and electromagnetic noise.
We are bathed in a sea of unnatural man-made electronic radiation from household appliances, power lines, 5G, mobile phones, wi-fi, microwaves and cell towers, which bombard us continuously with excess free radical damage to our tissues and cells.
The Earth’s energy helps to neutralize these excess free radicals so that your body can heal and repair naturally, as it is meant to. Therefore it is imperative that we re-connect with the natural energy of the earth daily to counteract the damaging effects of our modern lifestyle.
There are signs that an earthing practice will benefit your life. You may want to try earthing if:
You experience anxiety or depression
You have chronic fatigue
You are dealing with cardiovascular disease
You have post-traumatic stress disorder or traumatic memories
You struggle with pain and inflammation
Your chakras are mis-aligned
When your bare feet or skin comes in contact with the earth, free electrons are taken up into the body. These electrons are nature’s most potent antioxidants and help neutralize damaging excess free radicals that can lead to inflammation and disease in the body. The Earth is a conductor of free electrons and so are all living things on the planet, including humans.
The human body is composed mostly of water and minerals which in combination are excellent conductors of electrons from the Earth providing there is direct skin contact or some other conductive channel for them to flow through.
According to an article shared on the American Academy of Arts and Sciences website, Sicangu and Oglala Lakota author and educator Luther Standing Bear, writing in the 1930s, noted: "The old people came literally to love the soil and they sat or reclined on the ground with a feeling of being close to a mothering power. It was good for the skin to touch the earth and the old people liked to remove their moccasins and walk with bare feet on the sacred earth. ... The soil was soothing, strengthening, cleansing, and healing."
It's easy and free to give earthing a try, no matter who you are or how much time you have, although at least 30 minutes a day is recommended.
Just walk outdoors, take your shoes off and put your bare feet on the ground. If you're older and you have to sit, grab a chair and sit in it in the backyard with your bare feet planted on the ground. You will notice all of that tension in your body release.

Cool read! Last night in my dream I was flying. I had so much buoyancy I could lift off the ground, swim like a fish in the air, and I was just amazed by how easy it was and how others watched but I didn't have a care in the world.
Is it magnetic? The type of information that we arrive at from being grounded? I keep catching glimpses of a polarity between electrical and magnetic, and that grounding or earthing gives us the tools to handle this electrical explosion into the MMW frequencies of technology today.
