Earthing, also known as grounding, is the process of directly connecting with the Earth and using its natural electric charges to stabilize the body and mind.
Cool read! Last night in my dream I was flying. I had so much buoyancy I could lift off the ground, swim like a fish in the air, and I was just amazed by how easy it was and how others watched but I didn't have a care in the world.
Is it magnetic? The type of information that we arrive at from being grounded? I keep catching glimpses of a polarity between electrical and magnetic, and that grounding or earthing gives us the tools to handle this electrical explosion into the MMW frequencies of technology today.
This one turned out to be hilarious. Probably cause its the first night of good sleep in a month. I was flying to a Chick Fil A (and I don't eat chicken) and then mistakenly ate an Indian chicken dish for breakfast!
Every morning I do this in the grass except the winter time. It feels so good for your feet to have contact with the earth. Thank you for sharing this article!

I have weird dreams but I can rarely remember them the next morning. I am probably missing out on a lot.

You're welcome! I do a little barefoot even in winter. It is exhilarating. Thank you so much for commenting.
I will have to try that this winter, thanks!
